Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• With all tags, accessories, and invoice
• Not a personalized or custom-made item (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance sale items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nauticalmart.in with your order number, reason for return, and product details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
